Dunbar Education seeks a dedicated educator to fill the role of a Teacher of Science at an esteemed 11-16 mixed secondary school in Winchester, rated 'Good' by Ofsted. This is a full-time permanent position with the possibility of part-time arrangements for the right candidate.



Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective science lessons across key stages, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and student outcomes, assessing and reporting on student progress, and providing feedback to support their development are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, strong subject knowledge in Science, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for teaching and commitment to student success are essential qualities for this role. Right to work in the UK is also required.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this role is £35,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the national average salary for teachers in the UK and the cost of living in Winchester.
