About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our client, a large-scale trust in the Not for Profit sector based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, ensuring effective financial planning and risk management.
  • Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives high performance and financial excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for financial improvement and cost reduction, contributing to the development of the trust's financial strategy.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, collaborating with other departments for financial planning and forecasting.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability in financial management and budget control, with strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
