Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as a Stores Controller, working in the Daventry area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stores are maintained to a high standard and taking full responsibility for the availability of products.

Responsibilities
  • To deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • To source and make available supplier catalogues and product reference material for clients.
  • To accurately record goods delivered into the stock control system.
  • To conduct rotational stock checks and record stock adjustments as required.
  • To maintain a high level of housekeeping in line with company standards.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude with excellent client experience skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills (SAP experience desirable but not essential).

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Stores, inventory management, and stock control systems. A valid FLT Reach License is also essential for this role.
