We are seeking a skilled and experienced Café and Chef Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating a varied and nutritional menu that meets the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a menu that showcases your culinary skills and creativity
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Manage all mandatory paperwork, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, and orders and deliveries
  • Cater for special events and seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays
