About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Canna Cabana Waterloo. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail store operations and ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Associate Support:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
    • Implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Develop and execute customer-centric sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Daily Store Operations:
    • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times.
    • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
    • Implement and oversee security, reporting, and cash management procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5-6+ years of management experience in retail.
  • Valid Cannabis Retail Store Manager license or ability to obtain.
  • Strong knowledge of Cannabis plants and different strains of Cannabis.
  • Knowledge of standards of Cannabis Retail stores set by AGCO.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledgeable about the cannabis industry and its policies and laws.
