Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our Secondary Care Services team in our Hillingdon and Hounslow dermatology clinics. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dermatologists and providing exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist dermatologists in providing patient care and support
  • Undertake procedures such as blood pressure and new patient checks
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Sterilize equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Develop basic literacy and numeracy skills to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues
  • Gain basic computer experience to manage patient records and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Previous hospital healthcare experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to working at our designated locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
