MediTalent Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Scrub Practitioner to join their theatre team in one of their State-of-the-Art Private Hospitals based in London.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Senior Scrub Practitioner. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the scrub team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments
  • Mentoring and supporting staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Acting as a role model for excellent patient care and adhering to hospital policies and procedures
  • Contributing to the development of theatre protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in scrub nursing
  • Valid NMC/HCPC pin
  • Evidence of relevant professional development
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
