  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior operations or business development role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Knowledge of food service operations and customer service principles
  • Full clean enhanced DBS is required
