We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education - Sheffield. As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in a school setting. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the class teacher to manage behaviour, support interventions, and provide additional support to children with special educational needs and disabilities.

To be considered for this position, you must be compassionate, understanding, and caring. You should be able to build positive relationships with children and young people, be passionate and driven about improving outcomes for children and young people, and be flexible, proactive, and a team player. Additionally, you must understand the importance of keeping children and young people safe and be committed to completing the required training and participating in ongoing CPD.

As an Education Assistant with Vision for Education - Sheffield, you will benefit from excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system, guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability), social and networking events, pension contributions, and access to a dedicated consultant. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about education and wants to make a difference in the lives of children and young people, we want to hear from you.

The salary for this position is approximately £19,000 to £23,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.
