We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Curriculum Director to lead the development of our literacy and numeracy curriculum. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing a clear vision for an inclusive, high-performing, values-driven curriculum that supports all learners to improve their use of number and language.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic development of the College's Literacy and Numeracy curriculum.
- Contribute to the strategic development of adult responsive literacy and numeracy qualifications in line with ESFA and WECA skills priorities.
- Develop and implement a well-planned and holistic Literacy and Numeracy curriculum that supports the academic, spiritual, moral, social, emotional, and cultural development of students.
- An honours degree or similar equivalent professional qualification and a recognised teaching qualification.
- A substantial record of involvement in post-16 education.
- Successful tenure of a middle or senior management position in post-16 education.
