About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Beauty Display Merchandiser to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of merchandising and customer service in local supermarkets and high street stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise and replenish beauty products in store to meet customer demand
  • Order and apply point of sale (POS) materials to drive sales and engagement
  • Set up and maintain promotional displays to showcase our brands and products
  • Change store range plans and implement new stock and point of sale suites to meet business needs
  • Perform stand maintenance and order missing and broken parts to ensure optimal store appearance
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the team to ensure seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with a passion for merchandising, retail, and customer service. If you have experience in cosmetics merchandising, cosmetics counter sales, or health & beauty customer service, that's great, but it's not essential. We have an extensive training program to give you all the knowledge and tools to deliver great standards.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong work ethic and is able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Is confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
  • Is a great communicator and has a 'can-do' attitude
  • Is willing to travel between stores and may be required to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items (you'll be paid extra for this)
