We cover all areas of London and parts of Essex, with a focus on providing a work-life balance. You will work closely with our locum coordinator teams to determine which clinics are accessible to you, and will be fully supported by our experienced regional managers and regional head vets for any clinical support you may need.
The role involves working in different environments, from RCVS accredited hospitals with specialists to multi-vet and small sole charge clinics. You will work closely with your locum coordinator to manage your shifts and ensure that you are meeting the needs of the clinics.
We offer job security, a regular fixed monthly income, and the opportunity to plan your weekends in advance. No filling in tax returns or worrying about IR35 or setting up a limited or umbrella company.
Our team is welcoming, dedicated, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile for their colleagues, patients, and clients. Accommodation may be available, depending on location and availability.
We value our colleagues and have introduced a Colleague Forum to listen to their views, as well as monthly Town Hall meetings with our board of directors. All our senior managers are mental health first aid trained, and we offer Wellness plans for all our new starters.
