We are looking for a dedicated Carer Advocate and Advisor to join our Operational Team in East Lincolnshire.

In this role, you will work closely with carers to understand their needs and provide tailored support. You will also write statutory carers assessments on behalf of the local authority.

As a Carer Advocate and Advisor, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of carers in our community. You will be responsible for managing conversations with carers to identify their needs and providing appropriate support.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £25,500 - £31,000 per annum
