We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Bond Williams Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger for our diverse group of companies based in the Christchurch area.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Purchase Ledger end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to learn about the Group's different businesses and operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless financial processes
- Utilize high-level IT and Excel skills to analyze and report on financial data
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Purchase Ledger management
- High level of attention to detail and analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong IT and Excel skills, with experience in financial data analysis
- A good working environment with onsite parking
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- 6% pension scheme
