About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Bond Williams Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger for our diverse group of companies based in the Christchurch area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Purchase Ledger end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to learn about the Group's different businesses and operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless financial processes
  • Utilize high-level IT and Excel skills to analyze and report on financial data
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Purchase Ledger management
  • High level of attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong IT and Excel skills, with experience in financial data analysis
