Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Neighborhood Officer to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for the complete housing and neighborhood management of a patch of properties across Moss side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete housing and neighborhood management of a patch of properties across Moss side
  • Working to KPIs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Dealing with the allocations process of properties, including selecting tenants and ensuring a smooth transition process
  • Inspecting void properties to ensure all required repairs can be completed, allowing the property to be re-let in a timely manner
  • Carrying out viewings with residents and dealing with tenancy sign-ups
  • Dealing with any instances relating to ASB and reporting repairs to the maintenance team for both properties and communal areas

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in housing management or a related field
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations
  • DBS clearance and ability to work with vulnerable individuals
  • Experience working on QL Housing Management Software is essential for this role
