About the Role

The Senior Production Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the AllSaints Photostudio, ecommerce shoots, and brand content. This role requires a highly organized and strategic thinker who is excellent at multitasking, proactive, and brimming with energy and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Photo Studio Manager to maintain shoot schedules and freelance bookings calendars across ecommerce and seasonal content shoots
  • Booking models and working closely with model agencies on castings and model logistics
  • Supporting on seasonal content shoots and in-season brand shoots
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure studio critical path is in line with business objectives
  • Overseeing sample management
  • Managing Production Assistants
  • Budget management and reconciliation - raising POs

Requirements

  • Previous experience within an ecommerce studio or production is essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively with good listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability in budget management and team coordination
  • Experience in talent bookings, rate, and usage negotiation
  • Proactive and independent thinking ability with demonstrated desire to learn and grow
  • Strong ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure
