About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager - Clinical Operations to join our team at Medmatch. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for leading our clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our services and attract new patients
  • Manage our clinical operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in the dental industry
  • Strong commercial and clinical knowledge, with a focus on business development and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, dentists, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
