Aspire Training Team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to embark on a rewarding Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at The Meadows – Cheeky Chimps Childcare.

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a nurturing and stimulating environment. You will be actively involved in supporting the development and well-being of young children while acquiring essential skills and knowledge within the childcare sector.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging atmosphere for children to thrive.
  • Collaborate with experienced educators in planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and fostering open communication.
  • Observe and assess children's growth and development, documenting observations and contributing to individual learning plans.
  • Assist children with personal care needs, such as feeding, changing, and encouraging independence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming nursery environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements
  • A Level 2 Childcare Qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Successful completion of a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
  • GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
