We're looking for a talented individual to join our Marketing Operations team as a Health Systems Marketing Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Health Systems Marketing Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with Marketing Operations Managers EU in planning marketing activities in UK&I, providing input on local customers insights related to the selected audiences and prioritized Suites of Solutions, and defining requirements for localization of content across all platforms. Additionally, you will support the localization of marketing assets based on local needs, assess the quality of content and timing provided by W. European team, drive and report on the performance of content created for local needs, and upload and manage local content on Philips Asset Library. You will also manage local sales enablers, incl. local reference stories), and ensure training and delivery to local teams. Furthermore, you will support digital activation brief development with local needs, communicate local digital requirements / deviances needed to Western Europe DMEC team, understand the local media landscape, integrate local events into audience plan, budget, PO management and reporting, management of zone association and society requirements and relationships. And last but not least, you will collaborate with Marketing Operations Managers EU to ensure integration in ecosystems and measurement of impact.
