About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring Registered Mental Nurse to join our team at Care UK. As a Registered Mental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding leadership and clinical nursing to our residents, supporting them with complex needs and dependency levels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, and wound care.
  2. Develop tailored care plans to deliver excellence across everything you do.
  3. Support residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels.
  4. Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home.

About You

  1. An NMC Registered Nurse.
  2. Understanding of clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
  3. Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans.
