Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Care New England Health System. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring seamless patient flow and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and ensure timely communication with providers and patients.
  • Process patient demographics, insurance information, and payment collections accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate pre-admission processes, including verifying insurance coverage and deductibles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with a focus on business or healthcare administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably with third-party reimbursement.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on your qualifications, experience, and location.
