We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis service, providing evidence-based psychological interventions for psychosis and co-existing mental health issues.
The successful candidate will work within a multi-professional and recovery-oriented framework, receiving clinical supervision and line management from a senior psychologist in the PIER Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Hold a caseload and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for psychosis and co-existing mental health issues, including family interventions.
- Join existing therapeutic groups and develop additional psychologically informed groups.
- Deliver teaching and training within the team, across the psychosis pathway, and on the local DClinPsy training course.
- Work with senior colleagues to ensure the continued provision of high-quality, responsive psychological therapies.
- Support research, audit, and evaluation within PIER.
- Support members of the MDT to competently deliver care and provide supervision and mentorship to peers and other MDT members.
