• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, adhering to the highest culinary standards.
• Ensure the presentation, taste, and portioning of food meets the restaurant's expectations.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with health and safety regulations, guaranteeing a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, showcasing creativity and innovation.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, upholding the highest levels of quality.

• Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.
• Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, enabling creative menu development.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
