Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Compliance Manager to join our team at CBRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compliance documentation, processing tasks, and ensuring that all CBRE and client procedures are followed.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Timely management of the compliance inbox, processing all requests and documentation thoroughly with a sharp eye for detail.
  2. Updating tracking documents and processing tasks from service complete to billing stage.
  3. Liaising with internal engineering teams and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Finance reviews, including exception pool and OPOs.
  5. Orders receipted to match PPM works delivered, utilizing the Coupa system and receipting process.
  6. Process notification of planned visit dates, remedial visits, and update clients CAFM system and internal smartsheet system.
  7. Ensure all works are planned in and completed on time, with regular audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Microsoft Office working knowledge, specifically Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  2. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Smartsheet knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
  4. FM Finance experience, with the ability to process and monitor compliance documentation.
  5. Has been or working towards supervisor level in the FM industry, with a strong compliance background.

Accountabilities:

  1. Reporting to the Service Delivery & Performance Manager.
  2. Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts.
  3. Responsibility to process and monitor compliance documentation, with a focus on financial elements.
