Staff Nurse

About the Role
As a Staff Nurse in our Outpatient and Pre Assessment team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working autonomously and as part of a team to deliver efficient and individualized care. You will have the ability and clinical competence to undertake extended practice, including venepuncture and wound care management. You will support outpatient services as delegated by the Outpatient Manager and adhere to all of Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Registered with the NMC
- High standards of clinical competence
- Aware of NICE guidelines on clinical assessment
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
