We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient team at Spire Yale Hospital in Wrexham. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities:- Run nurse-led dressing and phlebotomy clinics, ensuring efficient and effective care for patients.
- Carry out individualized nursing care and procedures, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Chaperone and assist Consultants during examinations and minor surgical procedures, supporting the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Assist in arranging investigations requested by Consultants, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Minimum 1-year post-graduation experience in a similar role, with demonstrable skills and knowledge.
- Outpatient Services experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Venepuncture and ILS Training is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
