About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at TheSqua.re, where you will be responsible for developing and strengthening our corporate accounts for leading companies. As a seasoned professional with experience in managing mid to large accounts and building lasting client relationships, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Collaborate with clients to identify new business opportunities and help them grow in new markets and with new products.
  3. Re-establish non-performing accounts and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction.
  4. Manage a portfolio of existing clients, including long-standing relationships and recently onboarded accounts.
  5. Schedule product demonstrations and ensure clients have a seamless experience.
  6. Negotiate rates and conduct regular account reviews to optimize yield.
  7. Organize apartment viewings and familiarization trips.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal teams and highlight any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent relationship-building skills, presence, and self-confidence.
  2. Strong English language communication skills.
  3. Technical selling skills, process-driven account management experience, or training.
  4. Knowledge of using Salesforce or a leading CRM is a plus.
  5. A 'can-do' attitude is essential.
  6. 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, depending on the role.
