Executive Chef

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our team at Pho, a renowned Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh. With a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine and an unwavering commitment to excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Head Chef, with a proven track record of managing a team of junior chefs. A strong knowledge of food safety and compliance with health and safety regulations is essential, as is experience controlling stock and ordering as needed.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring that every dish served meets our exceptionally high standards. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, including earnings received through tronc, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
