About the Role

We are currently seeking an exceptional Educational Support Professional to join our team at Academics. As a Part-Time Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, supporting student growth, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve academic excellence.

The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design and deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • To assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure continued improvement.
  • To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting values such as respect, empathy, and kindness.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress, lesson plans, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a focus on subjects such as Year 3/4 curriculum.
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and theories.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
