Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily banking tasks, ensuring accurate reconciliations and effective cheque preparation.
  • Manage bill processing and maintain accurate creditor ledgers.
  • Provide expert financial assistance to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the annual audit and contribute to the creation of the monthly accounts pack.
  • Ensure efficient management of petty cash and credit card transactions.
  • Deliver high-quality ad hoc reporting.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a combination of technical skills, including expertise in XERO accounting, Excel, and Leap (if possible), along with relevant experience in a dynamic accounts environment and AAT Level 3 or 4 certification, semi-qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA, or equivalent qualification.

The salary for this Banking Specialist position ranges from £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 annually, complemented by a competitive benefits package that includes company pension, free parking, and on-site parking.
