Job Title: Breakfast Cafe Executive

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Cafe Executive to join our team at The Royal Clifton Hotel in Southport.

Role Overview:

This is a dynamic role that involves managing the breakfast kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the hotel's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management: Oversee the breakfast kitchen operations, including staff supervision and coordination with other departments.
  • Food Quality and Presentation: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes, maintaining presentation standards, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and concerns, and addressing any issues efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Kitchen Experience: Proven experience in a similar kitchen environment, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct a team, and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
