We are seeking an articulate and well-presented individual to be the face of our Volvo dealership in Maidstone. As the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone and directing calls within the dealership
- Meet and greeting customers to the showroom and directing them to relevant departments or personnel
- Assisting the sales and service teams at busy periods, qualifying and obtaining information to forward on
- Maintaining the customer lounge area, ensuring guests are offered refreshments
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
- Good telephone manner with the ability to qualify and give friendly support and advice
- Previous knowledge of reception and switchboard routines
- Keyboard and computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Outlook
