Social Care Expertise Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Expertise Leader to join CV-Library in the London Borough of Redbridge.

About the Job
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs aligned with our organization's objectives.
  • Support and supervise up to level III Social Workers in our team.
  • Carry out thorough safeguarding risk assessments to guarantee the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and young people.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Post-qualifying experience working as a Social Care Expertise Leader within the UK Social Care industry.
  2. A minimum of 3 years' post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry.
  3. An enhanced DBS/CRB certificate (we can assist with obtaining one).
  4. Access to a variety of Social Care job opportunities nationwide.
  5. A guaranteed weekly payment.

Pay Information

The estimated pay range for this position is between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
