Care Assistant
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus pay rate enhancements on certain shifts.
Full-time and part-time hours available

Your Job
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Work together with our team to enrich the lives of our residents
- Provide high-quality, personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans
- Organise leisure and social activities to enhance the resident experience
- Be kind, supportive, and enthusiastic in your approach to care
What skills do I need?
- Teamwork and a positive attitude
- Experience is not essential, as we will support you with training and development
- Effective communication and a flexible approach
- A genuine interest in supporting older people and their needs
