Overview

Lookers Sudbury Ford

Salary: £25,000. OTE up to £50,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission

Working Hours: 44 hours, Monday - Friday 9-6pm (one day off during week), Saturday 9-5pm with every Sunday off.

As a Sales Executive at Lookers Sudbury Ford, you will be part of a hard-working and friendly team. You will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service.

Our Sales Executives are key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers' wants and needs.

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets, so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.

Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
