Senior Manager - Technical Delivery Lead

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our technical delivery team. As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight to project managers and business analysts across various projects and programmes within Enterprise Transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Contribute technical recommendations to projects and programmes, assuming responsibility for technical direction in collaboration with other technology teams.
* Provide expert technical guidance and support to project managers and business analysts, ensuring seamless transition into operational and reacceptance.
* Manage strategic agreements for contingent workers and professional services to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Contribute and enforce technical delivery standards and best practices across all projects and programmes.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
* Identify, assess, and manage delivery technical risks associated with projects and programmes.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of delivery technical solutions.

**Requirements**

* Proven senior experience in technical delivery management, preferably within the airline industry or a similar highly regulated environment.
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; ITIL qualification required; Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrable experience in delivering large-scale technical projects within the airline or transportation industry.
* Strong technical background with experience in modern software, API/event-based architectures, systems integration, and infrastructure management.
* Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others.
