Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, or Graphic Design.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, SEO/PPC, and graphic design.
  • Proven ability in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in editing and updating websites.
  • Ability to create engaging content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as HootSuite and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communicator who is capable of storytelling and brand messaging.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
