We are seeking a skilled FLT Driver with Counterbalance experience to join our client's team in Hamilton, Leicester. As a FLT Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with the Day Services and Shift teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular stock checks to optimize warehouse space and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Operate FLT/Clamp trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to productivity and quality expectations.
  • Unload incoming goods, record necessary paperwork, and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Transport goods using proper equipment, efficiently stacking and storing them in designated areas.
  • Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and maintained.

Additional Requirements:

  • Identify and report any product damage or quality deficiencies.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and report any faults to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Guarantee the warehouse space is optimized and maintained throughout the shift.
  • Work closely with the Day Services and Shift teams to achieve our goals.
  • Ensure a high level of housekeeping in the working area is maintained throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to health & safety rules and regulations.
