Job Title

Health, Safety and Environment Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join our team at Irwin & Colton.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environment management, with a proven track record of improving performance and driving compliance.

About the Role
  • Compliance and Governance - Ensure the site meets all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Staff Engagement - Engage with staff to promote a culture of health, safety, and environment excellence.
  • Audit and Investigation - Conduct audits and investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses.
  • Initiative Development - Develop and implement new initiatives to improve health, safety, and environment performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience in a similar health, safety, and environment management role.
  • NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Excellent Communication Skills with proven experience engaging colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge across relevant health, safety, and environment topics.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
