Lead the Way in Asset Finance Credit Risk

We are seeking a highly experienced credit risk professional to lead our asset finance credit risk strategy and team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will collaborate with commercial and operational functional areas to drive performance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the asset finance credit risk strategy and framework to ensure the quality and quantity of new business written.
  • Recruit, motivate, and train a team of credit risk analysts and managers to assess and underwrite new business transactions.
  • Improve the efficiency of the credit risk function, including responsibility for credit risk automation strategy.
  • Personally sanction larger value and more complex transactions and represent these at bank Credit Committee where necessary.

Requirements:

  • A highly experienced credit risk professional with extensive asset finance/leasing experience gained across a range of asset classes and transaction sizes.
  • A strong leader able to drive performance and excellence from a team of credit risk analysts and managers.
  • Asset finance credit risk automation experience.
