Join Our Team as a SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Destination Education Limited. As a specialist post-16 school in Edgware, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment for students with special educational needs.

About the Role:

  • Support students with special educational needs in a post-16 setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, as well as providing one-to-one support to students
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and engagement of all students

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
