Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our PEGA team within Smarter Journeys Lab in Colleague Channels Platform. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our bank's technology and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

About the Role

As a Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating test frameworks to aid the testing of complex code, ensuring that our products meet the quality standards that our customers expect. You'll work closely with the Business, Development, and UK onsite teams to drive solutions and deliver products that are fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test frameworks to support the testing of complex code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and deliver high-quality products
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers and partner resources
  • Attend and contribute to Guilds
  • Support wider delivery considerations, including risk management and planning

About You

You'll be an accomplished Test Automation Engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services. You'll have excellent analytical skills, be able to work methodically with a high level of attention to detail, and be comfortable participating in workshops. You'll also have a strong understanding of PEGA applications frameworks and experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
