Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Priest in Charge to lead our growing Faith Community. This role requires someone who can develop and implement a vision for discipleship and growth across the Benefice.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading worship, close relationships with congregations, and a commitment to outreach. They will be responsible for developing our collective vision, facilitating joint activities, and ensuring that we work together towards our goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategy for discipleship and growth
  • Fostering strong relationships with congregations and the wider community
  • Collaborating with other leaders to achieve our objectives

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to make a real difference in our Faith Community. We offer a competitive £40,000 - £60,000 per annum salary and a supportive working environment.
