About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Manage and maintain our property management system to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements to our facilities and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members and colleagues, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Technical skills or discipline (e.g. Carpentry, Plumbing, Single Phase Electrics) - Essential.
  • Possession of a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) - Desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A full driving license or ability to travel efficiently between clubs - Essential (for multi-site roles).
