SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking dedicated professionals to support children with special educational needs in a SEN school in Shrewsbury.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support to students with SEN, including those with autism (ASD), ADHD, or other learning and emotional needs.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored lesson plans that meet the unique learning goals of each student.
  3. Support the teacher in managing behaviour and promoting the well-being of all students.
  4. Work closely with the teaching team to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN or educational setting.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic school environment.
