As a Cocktail Connoisseur, you will work alongside top professionals, create unique menu designs, and attend product tastings and showcases. Your dedication to customer experience will be rewarded with a generous service charge, as well as access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides consultation sessions on mental health, well-being, and finance.

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages, following recipes and presentation guidelines.

We estimate that this role comes with an annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on location and experience.

What We Need:

Our bar team consists of skilled mixologists who craft unique concoctions with speed and precision. If you're new to the cocktail game, don't worry – we have experienced trainers to teach you everything you need to know about cocktails.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all utensils, glassware, and ingredients are well-stocked.

The salary for this position is approximately £27,500 per year, based on average salaries for similar roles in London. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
