Medivet Group Ltd is a leading veterinary care provider, with a growing presence across the UK and internationally. We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as an Emergency Lead Veterinary Surgeon.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to lead our emergency team and contribute to the development of our clinical services. As an Emergency Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring and coaching colleagues, and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes in our emergency department
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to develop their clinical skills and confidence
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services and protocols
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive commercial performance and achieve business objectives
  • Proactively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • RCVS registration as a Veterinary Surgeon
  • Experience of delivering strong commercial performance and mentoring colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and driving clinical excellence
