Expleo Technology is seeking an experienced Principal Dimensional Management Specialist to join our team.


This role offers a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.


About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our dimensional management efforts from concept to production. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of structure, manufacturing, tooling, assembly process, and system interaction, as well as experience in GD&T and dimensional management methods.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and Develop Dimensional Management Strategies:

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing dimensional management strategies to meet project requirements, ensuring accurate product design and manufacturing.


Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product design and manufacturing, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments.


Develop and Maintain Dimensional Management Plans:

The successful candidate will develop and maintain dimensional management plans, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Analyze and Resolve Dimensional Management Issues:

Candidate will analyze and resolve dimensional management issues and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of structure, manufacturing, tooling, assembly process, and system interaction
  • Experience in GD&T and dimensional management methods
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or relevant software applications
