About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our Capital Estates and Facilities Management (CEFM) team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe management of our estates and facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Estates Safety, Compliance & Resilience in ensuring the safe management of our estates and facilities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
- Collaborate with our teams to promote a positive health and safety culture.
