HR Business Partner Opportunity

Medlock Partners is partnering with a leading Health and Social Care provider to appoint an HR Business Partner. This exciting opportunity will play a pivotal role in helping the organization deliver strategic objectives and provide first-class care to positively enhance people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of corporate change programs, including organizational restructures, change processes, TUPE, mergers, or acquisitions.
  • Deliver a comprehensive and professional HR partnering approach to corporate staff and leaders, ensuring high standards of advice and performance.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, or assessment of risk on complex employee relations issues, including Tribunals, and access external professional advice as necessary.
  • Support the HR Manager and Head of HR in implementing and embedding the HR strategy within the business.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
